What makes Compass Counselling a great choice?

I offer a calm, supportive and confidential space where you can speak openly and be met with understanding, not judgement. Together, we work at your pace to make sense of what’s going on and find a way forward that feels right for you.

What are the steps to my first session?

From thinking about therapy to having your first session, the journey involves a few simple steps. Firstly, I recommend you come with an open mind. You can reach out to us via phone or email to schedule an initial consultation, where I will discuss your needs and how I can best support you.

Do I need a referral to book a session?

No, you don’t need a referral. You can contact me directly to arrange a session

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s brought you to therapy, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions. It’s a calm, confidential space where you can begin to explore things at your own pace.
