Our guiding compass to a better you

Professional counselling supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges.

Our counselling services

At Compass Counselling and psychoherapy, I offer humanistic and integrative psychotherapy, tailoring my approach to your individual needs. I work with individuals and couples across a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family challenges, parenting issues, ADHD, ASD, addiction, and issues around identity and self-understanding. I also have experience supporting people with self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and disordered eating.

My aim is to help you gain insight, make meaningful changes, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. With additional qualifications in couples therapy and addiction studies, I offer a supportive and confidential space where we can work through things at your pace and begin to make sense of what’s going on.

Individual therapy

Explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential space, and work towards personal growth and healing.

Couples therapy

Strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and navigate challenges together with dedicated support.

Specialised support

Whether you’re experiencing trauma, addiction, self-harm, disordered eating, or exploring neurodiversity, gender or sexuality, you’ll be met with understanding, practical support tailored to you.

A space for every journey

Compass Counselling and pyschotherapy provide neurodiversity-informed and gender-affirming therapy in a safe, inclusive space. I support individuals who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of where they fit, offering a calm and understanding environment where you can explore your thoughts at your own pace. Together, I will help you build healthier relationships, set clear boundaries, and move forward with confidence.

My unique approach

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I work collaboratively and integratively, tailoring the process to your unique experiences and needs. As a member of the Irish Association for Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP), my work is guided by recognised professional and ethical standards. I aim to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported to move forward at your own pace.
